Recordings and uploaded files, their transcripts, translations, summaries and action points, your workspace members, and the calendar and Jira connections you choose to add. Connection credentials are stored encrypted.
Meetings and tasks are visible to members of your workspace. Synced calendar events are visible only to the member who connected that calendar. Workspace owners and admins manage who belongs to the workspace.
Audio and transcript text are sent to OpenAI to transcribe, translate and summarise meetings. Meeting quotes are sent to Jira only when your workspace turns that on.
Deleted meetings can be restored for 30 days and are then permanently removed, including their stored recordings. Issues already created in Jira remain in Jira. Disconnecting an integration deletes its stored access.
